If I have a My Chart with another office, is it the same with your Office?

No. Each My Chart is powered by each Organization that provides the Epic Program. So even if you have My Chart with your PCP does not mean you automatically have one with us. To create a My Chart with our organization please click on the MyChart link to get started.
